A POE-enabled touch panel with a side LED bar that changes color and notifies you whether a room is available or occupied can be installed on a wall or a piece of glass.

It schedules the space so you can concentrate on the meetings. The digital room reservation system avoids scheduling conflicts and missed meetings. Rooms that are reserved but not being used are released. In addition, you can easily find a space for unscheduled meetings by using the touch screen. Reporting malfunctioning or missing conference room equipment directly on the screen has an additional advantage. Icons provide quick access to the equipment in each room. By utilizing our analytics tool, you may enhance your meeting culture by obtaining insightful information on how often rooms are used.
